We currently have two different levels of Trainee roles available. At A&C Chartered Accountants we fully appreciate the commitment that comes from our trainees, we support trainees closely during their study times and help trainees learn with first-hand experience. We give all trainees paid study leave and commit to guiding them through their qualification. It is important to make trainees aware of the amount of additional studying that will be required of them, and how A&C Chartered Accountants will provide as much additional support as possible.
At A&C Chartered Accountants we want to ensure we hire the correct person for the roles we have available. It’s essential that you are committed to the training programme and that you are comfortable with the style of training we provide.
Firstly, we are looking for individuals who are looking to start studying towards their AAT qualification (Association of Accounting Technicians). This qualification is ideal for school leavers or those who are at the very start of their accountancy career.
Our AAT trainees usually opt for day release and attend college once a week to gain their academic qualification. All other time will be spent in the office gaining hands on experience.Apply For Position
We also have vacancies for trainees wanting to study towards their Chartered accountancy (ICAEW). This level of qualification is ideal for those who have completed their AAT up to level 4 or those holding a UK degree and looking at starting a career in accountancy.
These level of qualifications aren’t compulsory however those trainees thinking of studying towards their chartered accountancy certificate should consider the work load and additional studying that will be required of them.Apply For Position
